This XKSS was built to a very high standard with superior metal work, excellent fit and finish, incredible paintwork and attention to detail. The interior is laid out as original and the instruments replicate the appearance of the originals. The seats are trimmed in leather and each car comes equipped with Willians four point racing harnesses. Please inspect all the images to begin to gain an appreciation of the quality of this build. This car has few peers even at twice the price.**** This lovely recreation is a pure tribute to that era of heroic motoring. The body is English wheel rolled aluminum which is far superior in fitment and finish to the hammered panels offered by some other companies. The metal workmanship is so good that even in bare metal there is a near mirror finish on the aluminum body. Every panel, every bracket, every louver and every fitting is custom made and hand fitted to ensure a superb level of fit and finish. The car is dimensionally faithful to the original and aesthetically exceedingly accurate while using later model Jaguar suspension components including the famous independent rear suspension. This gives the cars a better ride, superior road holding and better traction than the original. 320HP and 2,200 lbs This gorgeous design was born from a time before aerodynamics became ugly. Pure grace and melodic fury describe these vehicles. The twin cam straight 6 is lusty, velvet smooth and delivers enough thrust to propel these lightweight machines at thrilling speeds. The light weight also allows the large disk brakes to perform feats of deceleration which would have seemed miraculous to other vehicles of their era.
